Remotely issue cards in real time
You can remotely issue verified information in real time. If an employee changes roles or leaves your organisation, you can update or revoke their card with the click of a button.
Staff can show their ID card on their phone and digitally share their details by scanning a QR code with their app.
Impossible to fake, lose or damage
All ID cards have a live hologram that moves with the phone and a digital QR code that can be scanned with another Yoti ID or via the credentials portal to check its validity.
Each card is linked to the holder through advanced biometrics and stored in their Yoti ID, making them impossible to lose or fake.
How it works
Register your organisation
Create an account for your organisation.
Please note, access to the portal will be temporarily restricted while we review your account details.
Create your ID card
Name the ID card and add the details you want to feature (i.e Job title, expiry conditions, ID number and so on).
Issue ID cards
Once you have your ID Card created, you will be able to issue cards, both manually or via bulk upload.
A notification email will be sent to the recipient.
You can view the invite status of each card issued.
Editing and revoking ID cards
Once cards are issued, they can be easily edited or revoked manually by clicking onto the relevant recipient’s card details.
